Eligibility to use services
axsoravi provides services primarily for pensioners and older adults, but other adults may engage our services where appropriate. Clients must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in their jurisdiction and be able to provide required identification and documentation.
Clients and users must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to act on behalf of a client (for example, a court-appointed guardian). In cases involving cognitive impairment, we request documentation of authority such as a power of attorney or guardianship order.
Services and the website must be used lawfully and for legitimate purposes related to legal advice, document preparation, or case representation. axsoravi reserves the right to refuse service where use would facilitate unlawful activities.
axsoravi operates from Thailand and provides services under Thai law. Remote advice for matters governed by other jurisdictions may be limited by local rules. It is the client's responsibility to ensure such services are lawful where they reside.
Services provided
axsoravi offers practical legal assistance tailored to pensioners, including estate planning and will drafting, durable powers of attorney, elder guardianship guidance, pension and benefits advisory, administrative representation before Thai authorities, housing and tenancy advice for seniors, and document review. We approach matters through case studies and scenario planning to ensure clients understand likely steps and documentation needs.
Service descriptions, scope, and pricing may be updated. Material changes affecting existing engagements will be communicated to clients and confirmed in engagement letters or amendments. Case-specific work proceeds under the terms agreed in writing with the client.
Services are available during office hours and by appointment. Remote consultations via phone or video are offered where appropriate. Urgent legal matters may require court deadlines or third-party schedules; axsoravi will advise on realistic timelines but cannot control external processing times.
User content and client materials
Clients may submit personal information, documents, and other materials needed to provide legal services. We encourage clear labeling and organized file submission to reduce processing delays.
You retain ownership of documents you submit to axsoravi. We store client files to provide ongoing legal services and comply with professional retention rules, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
By submitting documents, you grant axsoravi a non-exclusive, revocable license to use and reproduce the materials to provide legal services and to communicate with third parties on your behalf where necessary for case handling.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of materials provided. axsoravi relies on client-supplied facts to give tailored advice; inaccuracies may affect outcomes and timelines.
Requests to remove or return client materials should be directed to our contact address. Certain records may need to be retained for legal or regulatory reasons even after a removal request is made.
Fees and paid services
Paid services include consultations, document drafting, representation, and administrative tasks. Fees are set by service type and agreed in the engagement letter. axsoravi provides itemized invoices and explains typical timeframes and costs using case examples.
Pricing is disclosed prior to engagement in a written estimate or fee schedule. Actual fees depend on case complexity, necessary third-party costs, and time spent. Examples illustrate typical ranges for common pensioner matters but are not fixed quotes.
Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other locally available methods. Invoices include Business ID 6335195898002 for official documentation. Payment terms appear on each invoice and must be met to continue case work.
Where subscription services exist (such as periodic legal checkups), terms including renewal, billing intervals, and cancellation procedures are provided in the subscription agreement.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of service delivery and any third-party costs incurred. Clients are provided with transparent accounting of fees and costs.
Clients may cancel services subject to the terms in the engagement letter. Cancellation may incur fees for work already performed and non-recoverable third-party expenses.
Applicable taxes, duties, or government fees related to services are the client's responsibility. Invoices will itemize taxes when required under Thai law.
axsoravi may revise prices for services. Existing engagements are billed at rates agreed at the time of signing unless the engagement terms allow for adjustments and the client is notified.
Failure to pay invoices when due may result in suspension of services, withholding of documents, or termination of the engagement. Outstanding balances may be pursued through standard collection steps consistent with Thai law.
